Title card for today's video.
This game had lofty ideas, it was an attempt to mix golf with a first person shooter and sprinkle comedy over it (amongst other things). It does not work. At all.
The biggest issue is that they aren't mixed, the game has sections where you shoot or hit the enemies and sections where you play golf. Not a crazy version of golf where you have to avoid supernatural enemies or anything, just golf. And there's no reason your doing it other than your character feels they might as well. And the comedy isn't really all that funny, although obviously that's a little more subjective.
It's a real shame because I really wanted to like it, Lord knows I find 99% of all things connected to sports dull as all hell but putting sports gameplay in a context I could give a shit about could have been fun, but it wasn't. It's entirely possible after the first 40 mins it opens up to something more but that first 40 minutes was so incredibly dull that even for it's cheap price it's not worth exploring any deeper into.
Oh and you might have noticed the usual 'Snipe and Wib Play' logo isn't on here (although it is still on the thumbnail), it's part of changing over to the new logo we've got now but we haven't settled on what to do with the titlecards so expect a few experiments over the next few.

You look so sad and disappointed. Nice job with the detail on the driver and putter. Glad you didn't guess and make some random club. I used to golf, so I would have noticed.
